Sports Event / Yoga Retreat
With an active, sporty lifestyle and having been trained in Vinyasa Yoga allows our Chef to offer dietary alternatives related to the practice of yoga and extreme sports with the likes of vegetarian, Raw and Gluten free food and Ayurveda, Holistic nutrition.
She uses her skills and passion to bring you the energy and balanced meals vital to your chosen programme whether its Yoga training or other specific need where a tailored diet and lifestyle is required.
With proven experience working in the professional motor racing environment, our Chef understands the demands for high protein diets needed during demanding sporting events, throughout the weeks of training and physical preparation and where energy and fast recovery times are essential.
This is achieved while bringing a touch of creativity, variation and taste to the foods.
Sports diets can be as varied as their needs and are always carried out with quality products from local farms and are 100% homemade.
